Prior to my meal plan and workouts with Rachel, I had discipline when I needed to but most of the time I worked out when I felt like it and ate what and when “I thought” was good. Once I decided to buckle down and try out Rachel’s meal plan I learned a new love for the natural flavors that foods had to offer. I began eating on a schedule, instead of “when I thought I was hungry”. I realize now how much I over ate because I waited to long in between my meals to eat. I opened my taste buds to some new types of foods that I never before would have thought to eat.  FitWorld's nutritional program helped me to finally look and feel the way I had always wanted to!  I also hired Rachel to train me, and I wanted to see results fast! I now have a workout schedule which has helped to boost my energy level.  Working out with Rachel 2 days a week keeps me motivated.  Being on the workout routine and eating plan that Rachel has me on, has made me feel so much better about myself.  I look forward to the days ahead of because I know this great feeling will get even better!  The great thing about training with Rachel and the nutritional program was that within the first couple of weeks, I noticed my clothes fitting better than they ever have.  What was an added bonus was that people started to notice and compliment me!  Those types of rewards make what Rachel has done for me worth every second!

Instead of the pounding the treadmill for 30 minutes just burning off  200 calories, in this 30 minute work-out we burn 500 and have much more fun doing it.  I also took up FitWorld’s 4 week nutritional program. The great thing about the diet is that its not only tailored to meet your objective (weight loss, growing muscle size, etc) but it’s also tailored to include the things you love to eat, and find alternatives to the things you don't like to eat.  With the diet and the cardio circuit class, I quickly started to achieve my goals, I was lifting more and showing much better muscle tone. I shall definitely use Fitworld time and time again, and recommend to anybody to at least give it a try.

Tired of working out at the gym a few days a week and not seeing a noticeable increase in strength or muscle size, I turned to FitWorld for a 4 week diet.  It turned out great! The diet ensured quite simply my body was getting the right fuel for my workout and also my body the right amount of nutrients and protein to ensure muscle growth.  Within a couple of weeks I was lifting heavier than before.  I didn't feel as lethargic as I used to and at the end of the 4 weeks I noticed very definite improvement in my muscle tone.  It wasn't a hard diet to do either; subsequently I wouldn't call it a diet, just a healthier and knowledgeable way of eating with very definite and noticeable improvements throughout.
