In today’s world, people experience more stress than any other time in history.   Not only do people experience stress but they are bombarded with toxins through daily products to pollution in the air. How much can a person handle before they exhibit symptoms of adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalances, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, leaky gut, liver dysfunction, sleep disorders, irritability, immune disorders, structural problems, etc. 
As many as half the clients that walk through my door may have an adrenal stress component to their condition. Do you suffer from hot flashes, irregular menstrual cycles, acne, night sweats, constipation, mood swings, anxiety, low sex drive, fatigue, bloating, or chronic pain to name a few? If so how do you cope? It is time you take ownership of your body and set up an appointment to determine what mineral, vitamin or food your body needs to become homeostasis again.

We believe that our food supply is massively depleted in nutritional value. We believe that all our food is exhausted of important vitamins, minerals and basic nutrients. Remember when food is picked it already starts losing its nutritional value.

GREAT RECIPES:

Blood Drink

Ingredients:

2 cups Coconut Water: Generally reinforcing to overall health, and a great electrolyte blood builder.
1 tbs Cacao Powder: #1 in iron, chromium and manganese of any plant food.
1 tbs
Lucuma Powder: Enhances the transformation of nutrients into energy.

1 handful
of Cashews: Magnesium rich cashews build blood.

1 teaspoon Organic Chaga Powder: Reduces fatigue; stabilizes bloods sugar.
1 teaspoon
Organic Reishi Powder: Reduces fatigue; stabilizes bloods sugar.

2 teaspoons
Chlorella: Chlorella builds blood, and enhances our natural energy and increases
physical performance.
1 teaspoon
He Shou Wu: A potent tonic for increasing bone marrow production of blood. Longevity
herb.
¼ -½ teaspoon Cinnamon: Helps to normalize blood sugar.
¼ -½ teaspoon Vanilla Powder: Balances the chocolate.
Pinch of Cayenne: Cleans blood.
Pinch of Sea Salt: Balances out the cacao and cashew potassium.
